I started De Luna Pools because I got tired of watching homeowners get let down.

Before starting this company, I spent years working for other pool service providers across San Diego County. I saw a lot. Technicians skipping visits, yet marking them complete anyway. Customers going weeks without hearing from anyone or being given the run-around. Equipment problems ignored until they turned into expensive failures. People paying for a service they couldn't trust and feeling like they had no recourse, having been burned so many times before.

It wore on me.

I believe that pool ownership is supposed to be enjoyable. Yet for most of the people I was watching get let down, it had become another source of stress.

So I started De Luna Pools with a simple goal: give homeowners in Escondido and surrounding areas a pool service that they can actually count on, that has their back, and strives to do what’s right.

What that looks like in practice

When you sign up with De Luna Pools, you won’t be handing your pool off to a rotating crew. You'll be working directly with me. I'm the one who shows up every week, tests your water, services your equipment, and sends you a report with photos after every visit so you always know what was done and why.

If something looks off with your equipment, I'll tell you. If it can wait, I'll tell you that too. I'm not going to recommend and upsell you something your pool doesn't actually need. That might not sound like a lot, however, in this field of work, it's not the standard nor common as it should be!

I understand that many people are hesitant to try a new pool service which is why I'm confident in my abilities to back it with a guarantee.
